Eligibility

Not all players are eligible to claim prizes at WPT Club; there is a special list of restricted countries. Players from these countries are not allowed to claim prizes if they win something.

That’s because of legislation. ClubWPT is 100% legal in some US states, Canada, United Kingdom, France and Australia. Players from other countries are not allowed to participate in poker games and withdraw winnings.

Once again: there is a special list of eligible territories and states. If you are resident of other country / state don’t even try to withdraw your winnings. There is a special procedure of verification every player has to pass. During this procedure a player has to provide evidence of his eligibility to withdraw his rewards. This procedure will require player to send a scanned copy of his ID / Passport and maybe some other documents.

As you see if you don’t belong to eligible territories it’s impossible to withdraw or receive prizes. For some players it will be a huge disappointment, but ClubWPT cares about his reputation and accepts only players from specific regions.

Now let’s talk about account types and differences between accounts in terms of possible rewards. As you know there are 2 different account types: Basic and VIP. All basic members can participate in freerolls and win something there. But rewards in freerolls are not big. You will have to spend a lot of time in order to win useless prize.
